Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what personal data IDRAQX collects through this website, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do. It is short on purpose: we collect very little.
1. What this covers
We are the controller of the personal data described here. This policy covers this website and the enquiries sent through it. Personal data we handle inside a client project is covered by the agreement we sign with that client, not by this page (see section 8).
2. What we collect
- Enquiry form: the name, work email, company, inquiry type and message you type in. Phone and role are collected only if you provide them.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time. We do not use it to identify you.
- Spam protection: the form uses a hidden field, a minimum fill time and a request limit. The limit briefly counts requests per IP address in memory and does not keep a record.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not put client data, credentials or confidential files in the form.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your request, including replying to your enquiry and, if you want one, scoping a project.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To meet legal obligations, such as responding to a lawful request.
We do not use your enquiry for marketing unless you ask to hear from us.
4. What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not run advertising trackers or build profiles of visitors.
- We do not use your messages to train AI models.
- We do not share your enquiry beyond the providers in section 5.
5. Service providers
We use trusted service providers for website hosting and for email delivery. They receive only what they need to do that job and are bound to protect it.
Some providers may process data outside your country, and we choose ones that apply recognised safeguards. The site may also embed optional third-party content, such as a demo that loads only after you click it. That provider collects data under its own policy, and you can use the rest of the site without it.
6. Cookies
The website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics later, we will list it here, name the provider, and ask for consent where the law requires it before it runs. If an anti-spam check is enabled on the form, it may load a verification script from its provider; the page does not load it otherwise. The live demo is the only other third-party content: it loads from Microsoft Power BI only after you open it, and Microsoft may set its own cookies once it does.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry and our conversation while we are in touch about a possible project, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, so a later conversation can pick up where the last one ended. After that we delete them, or earlier if you ask and the law does not require us to keep them. Technical logs are removed automatically by our hosting provider on a short cycle.
8. Client project data
When we work for a client, the client decides why and how their data is used and we act on their instructions as a processor. That work is governed by a written agreement that covers confidentiality, security, location of processing, return or deletion at the end, and any sub-providers. We only use client data to deliver the agreed work, and we ask clients to share the minimum needed. For demonstrations we use synthetic data, never real client data.
9. Where you live
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal data, and those rights differ from place to place. We aim to meet the data protection laws that apply where we operate and where our clients are based.
10. Security
We use encrypted connections, limit access to our mailbox, and validate what the form receives. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected people and the relevant authority if a breach puts personal data at risk, as the law requires.
11. Children
This website is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
12. Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and post a notice on this website before the change applies.
