Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the IDRAQX website. They do not cover paid work: that is governed by a separate written agreement we sign with each client. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

1. About the website

The site describes our data and engineering services. It is for general information and does not create a client relationship, a quote or a contract. An enquiry is a request to talk, not a booking, and we are not obliged to take on any project. A project begins only when both sides sign an agreement.

2. Demonstration content

The GulfStar Trading Co. company, its dashboards, figures and screenshots are fictional, built on 100% synthetic data. They show the kind of work we do. They are not real businesses, real results or client work, and they do not predict results for your business. Any resemblance to a real company is coincidental.

3. No advice and no guarantee of results

Website content is general information, not financial, legal, tax or other professional advice. Outcomes from analytics work depend on your data, your systems and your decisions, so we make no promise of specific business results on this site. Any commitments are made only in a signed agreement.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, scanning it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, sending spam or malicious content through the form, scraping it at scale, or using it to break the law. We may block access that threatens the site or other users.

5. Your enquiries

What you send through the form is handled under our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential client data, passwords or files through it. Share sensitive material only after we have agreed a secure channel and, where needed, signed a confidentiality agreement.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its text, design, logos, diagrams and dashboards belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site, and share a link to it. You may not copy, republish or sell its content, or use the IDRAQX name or logo, without our written permission. Third-party names, such as SAP, Microsoft and Power BI, belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. We are not endorsed by them unless we say so.

7. Third-party content and links

The site may link to or embed third-party content, such as the optional live Power BI demo. That content is provided and controlled by the third party under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for it.

8. Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may change, pause or remove content or features at any time.

9. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or intentional wrongdoing. Our liability for paid services is set out in the relevant agreement.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, post a notice on the site before they apply. Using the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
